【Abstract】 Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis were used to analyze the soluble protein and isoenzyme of Akebia trifoliata Koidz.The results showed that the soluble proteins and isoenzymes,there are same band with,but the quantity of band and activity of enzymes with different intensity;POD isozyme differences,can be used as biochemical indicators of species identification.更多还原
