【摘要】 目的:观察加味四物汤对再生障碍性贫血模型大鼠的IL-2影响和作用。方法:建立再生障碍性贫血大鼠模型,通过用加味四物汤治疗,观察加味四物汤对其IL-2的影响。结果:加味四物汤能够明显降低模型大鼠IL-2的含量。结论:加味四物汤能够降低再生障碍性贫血模型大鼠IL-2的含量,对再生障碍性贫血具有一定的治疗作用,其机理可能是通过调节造血微环境中的造血调节因子。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the IL-2 influence and effect of Jia wei Si wu Tang(JWSWT) on the model rats of Aplastic anemia(AA) by experiment.Methods:we establish AA animal model by chemical method,which was set up by intraperitioneal injection of 5-Fu and pour into busufan.every model rate was perfusion of liquid medicine one time per day and continue 20 days after 36 hours from the success of the AA model.After the experiment we measured the changes of IL-2.Result:The experiment was ended,Jia wei Si wu Tang can decrease the IL-2 of the AA rats,and it has some effects on the cure of AA.Its mechanism is to adjust the hematopoietic regulatory factors in the Microenvironment of the Hematopoietic.更多还原
