【摘要】 目的:研究生产区对毛橘红果皮及花中柚皮苷含量的影响规律。方法:采用HPLC法测定不同生产区毛橘红母树所采毛橘红果皮和花中柚皮苷含量。HPLC法色谱条件:Kromasil ODS柱(250mm×4.6mm,5mm);甲醇-水-36%乙酸(49:51:4)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min;柱温室温;检测波长:283nm。结果:毛橘红果及花中柚皮苷含量均以上天堂产区的为最高,分别为23.83%±0.51%、13.37%±0.20%;农中区采的毛橘红果皮柚皮苷含量最低,仅为6.42%±0.13%;大茶岭区采的毛橘红花含量最低,为10.69%±0.17%。结论:不同生产区对毛橘红果中柚皮苷含量影响较大,花中柚皮苷含量不同生产区样品均较接近;但都以上天堂区采毛橘红质量最佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the content of naringin in Citri Grandis according to different district.Methods:HPLC method was adopted to determine the quantity of naringin in the peel and flowers of Citrus grandis ’tomentosa’trees from different product District.The HPLC condition:a Kromasil-ODS(250 mmX4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used with Methnol-water-36% acetic acid(49:51:4) as mobile phase at detetion wavelength of 283nm.The flow rate was 1.0ml/min and column temperature was room temperature.Results:The content of naringin in the fruits and flowers of Citri Grandis from Shang Tiantang area was the highest,Which reached 23.83%±0.51% and 13.37%±0.20%,while the lowest in the fruit was from Nongzhong area,which was only 6.42%±0.13%,and the lowest in the flowers was from Da Chaling area,which was only 10.69%±0.17%。Conclusion:The quantity of naringin in the fruits of Citri Grandis from different area varies evidently while the quantity of naringin in the flowers of Citri Grandis has no difference.The quality of Citri Grandis in Shang Tiantang area is the best.更多还原
