【摘要】 目的:探讨凋亡抑制因子livin在子宫内膜癌中的表达与细胞增殖、凋亡的关系。方法:选取45例子宫内膜癌、8例子宫内膜非典型增生、10例单纯性增生及8例增生期子宫内膜石蜡标本,采用免疫组织化学EliVision两步法检测Livin、ki-67、bcl-2的表达。结果:livin在子宫内膜癌中的表达显著高于子宫内膜不典型增生及良性子宫内膜,livin表达与子宫内膜癌的分化程度有关(P<0.001);livin的表达与bcl-2(r=0.662,P<0.001)和细胞增殖指数(r=0.572,P<0.001)呈显著正相关。结论:livin与子宫内膜癌的分化、增殖有关,还可能和bcl-2协同参与细胞凋亡的调控,可作为反映子宫内膜癌生物学行为的肿瘤标记物,为子宫内膜癌的基因治疗提供新靶点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of livin in endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with cell proliferation and apoptosis.Methods:The expressions of livin,ki-67 and bcl-2 protein in tissues from 45 cases of endometrial carcinoma,8 endometrial atypical hyperplasia,10 simple endometrial hyperplasia,and 8 normal endometrium were detected by using EliVision method.Results:The expressions of livin in endometrial carcinoma were higher than those in simple endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial atypical hyperplasia.There was statistical difference in the expression of livin between endometrial carcinomas of different histological grades(P<0.001).The expression of livin was positively related to the expression of bcl-2 protein(r=0.662,P<0.001) and ki-67 indexes(r=0.572,P<0.001).Conclusion:Livin may play an important role in the differentiation and proliferation of endometrial carcinoma.The aberrant expression of livin and bcl-2 may play synergetic roles in process of apoptosis.Livin could be considered as a marker of the biological behavior of endometrial carcinoma,and can provide new appropriate target for gene therapy.更多还原
