【摘要】 目的:探讨Site-Rite Ⅴ型超声与改良Seldinger法在经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)的应用及效果。方法:将100例需行PICC置管的患者分为对照组和试验组,分别用普通穿刺法置管和在Site-Rite Ⅴ型超声与改良Seldinger法置管,对两组的置管成功率、局部组织损伤、术后血栓发生率进行比较。结果:试验组置管成功率、局部组织损伤、术后血栓发生率与对照组比较,差异有显著性。结论:Site-Rite Ⅴ型超声与改良Seldinger法PICC置管是一种实用、安全、准确率高的置管方法,对局部血管差的患者更突显其优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the application and effects of Site-Rite Ⅴ ultrasonic examination and modified Seldinger technique in PICC.Methods:100 cases underwent PICC were divided into control group and experiment group,using conventional tube insertion method and Site-Rite Ⅴ ultrasonic examination combined with modified Seldinger technique respectively.Tube insertion completion rate,local tissue damage and postoperative thrombosis rate between the two groups were compared.Results:Tube insertion completion rate,local tissue damage and postoperative thrombosis rate in experiment group all had statistical difference compared with control group.Conclusion:Site-Rite Ⅴ ultrasonic examination and modified Seldinger technique applied in PICC has the advantages of practicality,safety and high accuracy,especially in patients with poor local vascular condition.更多还原
