【摘要】 目的:探讨超声在异位妊娠诊断中的价值。方法:对136例超声诊断的异位妊娠(均经手术及病理证实)的声像图及病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果:136例中超声正确诊断129例,确诊率94.8%。误诊7例,误诊率5.2%。结论:超声检查是一种无创性检查方法,对异位妊娠能做出及时、准确的诊断,是临床首选的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound on ectopic pregnancy.Methods:To retrospectively analyze 136 cases of ectopic pregnarcy diagnosed by ultrasound and confirmed by surgery and pathology.Results:Ultrasound correctly diagnosed 129 cases,and the diagnosis rate was 94.8%.Ultrasound misdiagnosed 7 cases,and the misdiagnosis rate was 5.2%.Conclusion:Ultrasonography is a noninvasive method of examination.It can timely and accurately diagnose ectopic pregnancy.And it is the preferred clinical method.更多还原
