【摘要】 目的:建立并鉴定成年犬甲亢性心脏病动物模型,为研究甲状腺激素导致的心房肌组织学重构提供基础。方法:健康成年犬腹腔注射优甲乐建立甲亢动物模型。分别于不同时间段观察成年犬心率、体温、体重等指标。结果:实验组犬给药后,心率增快、体温上升、体重下降、心脏结构变化明显、血T3升高。结论:本研究成功建立了成年犬甲亢性心脏病动物模型,为深入研究心房肌组织学重构提供了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To construct and identify the thyroid hormone induced cardiopathy model of dogs.Methods:16 healthy adult dogs were randomly assigned to two groups.The animal model of hyperthyroidism was established by intraperitoneal injection of euthyrox.The heart rate,temperature,weight were observed.Results:Following medication,in the trial group,the results demonstrated that the parameters mentioned above were changed obviously.Conclusion:Thyroid hormone induced cardiopathy model of adult dogs were constructed successfully,which provided a foundation for the further study.更多还原
