【摘要】 目的:探讨普理灵疝装置(PHS)在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的临床应用。方法:对我院收治的96例局麻下使用PHS行腹股沟疝无张力疝修补手术的病例资料进行分析,观察手术方法及时间、术后疼痛、术后自主功能的恢复、并发症、复发率及住院时间等。结果:本组病例手术均顺利完成,平均手术时间50 min;术后疼痛轻,当天即可下床活动;术后5～7 d出院。随访1～12个月无复发,无伤口感染、慢性疼痛、异物感等并发症。结论:局麻下PHS补片无张力疝修补术具有操作简单、损伤轻、痛苦小及术后恢复快,并发症少,复发率低等优点,是安全有效的无张力疝修补法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the use of tension-free repair of Prolene Hernia System(PHS) in inguinal hernia.Methods:To observe operative procedure,postoperative pain,ability recovery,complication and recurrence rates in 96 inguinal hernia cases receiving tenion—free repair in our hospital during June2008 to May 2009,all cases used PHS.Results:All the operations were successfu1.The mean operation time was 50 min.Less pain attacked.The patients could walk immediately after operation.The hospital stay was 5～7d.The follow-up period ranged from 1～12 months and no recurrence,inflection of wound and chronic pain were observed after operation.Conclusion:The use of PHS in tension-free herniolasty is a safe and effective method of repairing inguinal hernias.It can be easily operated.Moreover,it has low recurrence rate and complication rate.更多还原
