【摘要】 目的:探讨单纯后路减压与减压植骨融合内固定两种不同方法治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄症的方法。方法:将1998年8月～2008年8月收治的68例退变性腰椎管狭窄症患者按手术方法分为A、B两组:A组34例行单纯后路减压术,B组34例行全椎板减压神经根管松解内固定、椎体间植骨融合。术后随访8～40个月,疗效评价采用北美脊柱外科学会推荐的Oswestry Disalility Index,以改善率表示。结果:A、B组术前评分差异无显著性(P>0.05);A组术后的优良率为58.8%,B组术后的优良率为85.3%,两者之间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:全椎板减压神经根管松解加内固定、椎体间植骨融合术治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄症的疗效满意,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the therapeutic results of posterior operative decompression and decompression with fusion method for the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:68 patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis treated from August in 1998 to August in 2008 were divided into two groups by two operative methods.There were 34 patients treated with posterior operative decompression method in group A.There were 34 patients treated with posterior operative decompression with fusion method in group B.All patients were followed up for 8～40 months.The therapeutic results were evaluated by the Oswestry Disalility Index recommended by North American Spine Society(NASS).Results:There was not statistic significance of the preoperative scores difference of group A and B(P>0.05).The system-releaseed rate of group A was 57.1% in postoperation,and the rate was 85.7% in group B.There was statistic significance between two groups.Conclusion:The therapeutic results of the operation including laminectomy,depression spinal channnel and pedicle screw fixation are satisfactory and this operation is worth using widely.更多还原
