【摘要】 目的:探讨胃肠道肿瘤手术中肝转移同时相多电极射频治疗的价值。方法:分析我院收治的胃肠道肿瘤肝转移同时相多电极射频治疗的17例病人的疗效。结果:29个转移灶全部采用多电极射频治疗,其中2个转移灶射频治疗后再行手术切除。无近期手术死亡,6～12个月生存率88.23%,2年生存率35.29%,3年生存率23.4%。结论:同时相多电极射频治疗是治疗胃肠道肿瘤及其肝转移的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:To explore the value of the clustered electrodes radiofrequency(RFA) ablation theraply for gastroenteric tumor and metastatic hepatic neoplasm derived from gastroenteric tumor simultaneously.Methods:The curative effects of 17cases with metaststic hepatic neoplasm derived from gastroenteric tumor underwent clustered electrodes RFA from 2002 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The total 29 metastatic hepatic tumor focuses were ablated successfully by clustered electrodes radiofrequency system,among these,2 patients underwent tumor extirpation subsequently.There was no operative mortality.The 6-month,2-year,3-year survival rate was 88.23%,35.29%,23.4%,respectively.Conclusion:The clustered electrodes RFA is a effective technique for gastroenteric tumor and metastatic hepatic neoplasm.更多还原
