【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effectiveness of high dose of 654-2 on treatment of severe hepatitis B.Methods:300 cases of severe hepatitis B were randomized into treatment group(n=150) and control group(n=150).All cases were treated with regular complex therapy.High dose of 654-2 was administered to all cases in the treatment group.Results:Compared with the control group,more alleviated clinical symptoms,higher normalization rate and better restoration of liver function indexes were observed in the treatment group.Conclusion:High dose of 654-2 is effective on the treatment of severe hepatitis B.更多还原
