【摘要】 目的:探讨重症护理病房(CCU)监护环境对患者身心所造成的负性影响。方法:采用自行设计的"CCU监护环境对患者身心影响调查表"对2006年1~12月住CCU的155例患者进行调查,对发生率较高的影响因素,采取切实可行的护理干预措施后,并对2007年1~12月住CCU的165例患者再次用"CCU监护环境对患者身心影响调查表"调查。结果:在对2006年入住CCU 155例患者测得的14项发生率较高的影响因素中,通过采取相应的干预措施,在2007年对CCU165例患者进行第二次测评时,14项因素均明显下降。结论:CCU监护环境对患者的身心造成不同程度的负性影响,必须引起护理人员的重视,采取舒适护理,改善患者的心理状态,有利于疾病康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the negative influences of the monitoring environment in CCU on ptients body and mind.Methods:155 cases were enrolled from Jan.to Dec.in 2006,the nursing measures taken in some of the patients according to occurring rate by questionnaire.165 cases were also treated with the same methods from Jan.to Dec.in 2007.Results:There was a comparison in the patients between 2006 and 2007.After the second questionnaire,the negative influence rate were decreased obviously.Conclusion: The negative influence of the monitoring environment in CCU may be paid attention to.It would be beneficial to disease rehabilitation.更多还原
