【摘要】 目的:探讨阴道超声介入治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效与安全性。方法:将我院确诊为输卵管妊娠的69例患者随机分为两组,对照组(肌内注射MTX)33例,试验组(阴道超声介入下经阴道侧穹窿孕囊内注射MTX)36例。结果:对照组治愈率69.70%,试验组治愈率91.67%。对照组血β-HCG下降至正常所需时间较试验组长,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);试验组治疗1周后B超提示包块明显缩小与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);试验组住院天数明显少于对照组,两组比较差异有高度显著性(P<0.01);试验组不良反应发生率(白细胞减少、消化道反应)较对照组低,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:在阴道超声介入下经阴道侧穹窿孕囊内注射MTX较肌内注射MTX治疗输卵管妊娠疗效更显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of transvaginal ultrasound interventional treatment for ectopic pregnancy.Methods:69 patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups:33 cases in the control group(intramuscular injec-tion of MTX) and 36 cases in the test group(intra-gestational sac injection of MTX via lateral vaginal fornix by transvaginal ultrasound intervention).Results:The cure rate in the control group and the test group was 69.70% and 91.67% respectively,with statistical differ-ence(P<0.05).The time of β-HCG dropped to normal level in the control group was longer than that in the test group(P<0.01).The mass manifested by B-mode imaging after 1 week of treatment in the test group reduced obviously compared with the control group(P<0.01).The hospitalization days in the test group were shorter than that of the control group with significant difference(P<0.01).The test group had significantly lower adverse reaction rate(WBC decrease,gastrointestinal reactions) compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment efficacy of intra-gestational sac injection of MTX via lateral vaginal fornix by transvaginal ultrasound interventional excels intramuscular injection of MTX for ectopic pregnancy.更多还原
