【摘要】 目的:探讨CD44v6在胰腺癌中的表达及其是否成为预防和治疗胰腺癌的新靶点。方法:采用RT-PCR技术和免疫组织化学方法检测22例胰腺癌及正常胰腺组织中CD44v6的表达。结果:CD44v6在胰腺癌中过表达或高表达,表达的阳性率为86.6%,在正常胰腺组织中低表达或无表达,表达的阳性率为22.7%。结论:CD44v6的表达与胰腺癌有密切的关系,对胰腺癌等恶性肿瘤发病机理以及为临床诊断、治疗和预防胰腺癌有一定的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the expression of CD44v6 in pancreatic carcinoma,and to expect that CD44v6 would become a new target for servicing to prevent and treat pancreatic carcinoma.Methods:RT-PCR technique and immunohistochemistry method were used to examine the expression of CD44v6 in 22 cases of pancreatic carcinoma and 22 cases of normal pancreatic tissue.Results:The expres-sion of CD44v6 in pancreatic carcinoma was too much or high,CD44v6 was positive in 86.6%.On the other hand,the expression of CD44v6 in normal pancreatic tissue was low or no,CD44v6 was positive in 22.7%.Conclusion:There is a close relation between CD44v6 and pancreatic carcinoma.Through the expression of CD44v6 in pancreatic carcinoma,there is some worth of Cd44v6 which be serviced to study the pathgenesy,diagnosis,treatment and prevention in pancreatic carcinoma.更多还原
