【摘要】 目的:探讨宫舒康胶囊的成型条件。方法:从辅料筛选、颗粒流动性、包装材料和包装环境的选择等几个方面进行考察。结果:测定所制颗粒的休止角为35.7度,堆密度为0.83g/ml,临界相对湿度为60%,筛选出辅料为淀粉,用量20%,选用1号胶囊进行装量。结论:本成型工艺颗粒流动性好,利于制粒。临界相对湿度在60%,比较可控。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the technique condition for formulating Gongkangshu Capsule.Methods:To take consideration of the filtration on adjuvant,the fluency of particles,package materials,and the packing environment.Results:The zero angle was 35.7,the bulk density was 0.83 g/ml,the critical relative humidity was 60%,and the adjuvant was chosen as starch at 20% of amount.Type 1 capsule was selected.Conclusion:The pharmaceutical technique chosen is superior in particle fluency and in granulation.The critical relative humidity was 60%,which is a relatively controllable level.更多还原
