【摘要】 目的:探讨椎管内海绵状血管瘤的显微外科手术治疗及疗效。方法:回顾性分析15例椎管内海绵状血管瘤的临床表现、影像学特征、病理类型及治疗效果。结果:15例均行手术治疗,一次性切除椎管内肿瘤;术后随访6～48个月,14例患者神经功能症状明显改善,无变化1例,无手术死亡,无肿瘤复发。结论:早期诊断和治疗是恢复脊髓功能最有效的方法;尽可能切除肿瘤,有利于功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the surgical treatment and effect of spinal cavernous angioma.Methods:The presentation,image features,pathological characteristics and the therapeutic outcomes of 15 patients treated during 2004～2008 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All angiomas were totally dismoved.The postoperative neurological function of spinal cord was obviously improved in 14 patients,unchanged in 1 patient.No deaths occurred.There was no any case of resuscitation after 6 months to 48 months follow-up.Conclusion:Early diagnosis and treatment are the effective way to recover function.Complete resection as possible can contribute to functional recovery.更多还原
