【摘要】 目的:探讨应用有限内固定结合踝关节外支架治疗高能量损伤致胫骨远端粉碎骨折的临床疗效。方法:对27例胫骨远端高能量骨折患者应用单侧带关节外支架跨踝关节外固定结合胫骨微创切开复位有限内固定及腓骨切开复位内固定治疗。结果:疗效好:18例,可:8例,差:1例。结论:有限内固定结合踝关节外支架是治疗高能量胫骨远端骨折的一种较好方法,具有手术创伤小,并发症少,关节功能恢复满意等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To describe the clinical effect of limited internal fixation combined with external fixator for high energy fracture of the distal tibia.Methods:27 patients suffered from high energy fracture of the distal tibia were treated with articulated external fixator combined with limited open reduction and internal fixation.Results:All patients were followed-up for 8 to 24 months(mean 11 months).Bone healing time was averagely 7 months.According to Edwards criterion,there were good effect in 18 cases,fair effect in 8 cases,poor effect in 1 case.Conclusion:Limited internal fixation combined with external fixator is a satisfactory method of treatment for high energy fractute of the distal tibia.The operation is less-invasive,and fewer complication,and more effective joint’s activity.更多还原
