【摘要】 目的:探讨灾后现场医疗救援队的组织与工作原则与方法。方法:回顾分析汶川地震后绵阳卫生局组织向北川派遣的现场救援队的救援工作。结果:完成了当地的地震救援工作,但工作效率、秩序不够理想,物质保障缺乏。结论:医疗队的中心工作是协助现场搜救和一线抢救严重、重伤伤员以及组织分检转运。现场医疗救援队应统一行动,分组协调工作;同时还必须有充分、高效的物质、运输支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the administration strategy of the locate medical team after earthquake disaster.Methods:The practices of medical management after Wenchuan earthquake in Beichuan were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The medical team from Mianyang treated about 10000 patients in very difficult conditions.But they were confronted with respective work,material deficiency,in-sufficient transportation and so on,so the outcome was hopeful to improve.Conclusion:In the locate rescue of earthquake casualties,the efficiency of the medical teams is dependent on united action,grouping work,sufficient medical material and transport support.更多还原
