【摘要】 目的:探讨地震灾害伤员的医院内早期救治原则与方法。方法:回顾性分析汶川地震绵阳震区的地震伤害救治实践。结果:分层(级)分组统一救治是基本原则,合理高效的检伤分类是安全救治的关键,各负其责的专业小组及其协调工作是救治的中坚力量。结论:早期合理、及时的处理是中后期救治的良好基础。更多还原
