【摘要】 目的:观察生脉注射液对阻塞性黄疸术后内毒素(LPS)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6,8(IL-6,IL-8)及内皮素(ET)的作用。方法:将阻塞性黄疸患者及非黄疸的肝胆外科患者分成3组,术后给予一般治疗阻塞性黄疸组(OJ)、非黄疸组(Non-OJ)及生脉注射液防治阻塞性黄疸组(观察组),动态观察血浆LPS、TNF-α、IL-6,IL-8及ET的变化。结果:观察组术后7天与术后1天相比,LPS、IL-6、IL-8、ET、TNF-α明显下降,低于或接近术前水平,其中黄疸对照组在术后7天与术后1天相比差异无显著性。结论:生脉注射液对阻塞性黄疸患者术后LPS有拮抗作用,同时降低其他炎症介质水平,从而保护多器官功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of shengmai injection on inflammatory mediator in obstructive jaundice.Methods: The patients with obstructive jaundice were randomly divided into 2 groups,15 cases of non-jaundiced patients as another control group according to preoperative arrangement.The plasma ET,LPS,TNF-α,IL-6.IL-8 were measured pre-and post-operative 1,4,7 days.Results:LPS,TNF-α,IL-6.IL-8,ET level of shengmai injection group during post-operative 7 days obviously lowered as compared with the same group during post-operative 1 day.Conclusion:Post-operative using of shengmai injection might effectively decrease the periop-erative level of plasma LPS and other inflammatory mediator in the patients with obstructive jaundice.At the same time,shengmai injec-tion may improve multiorgan injury by inhibiting inflammatory mediator.更多还原
