【摘要】 目的:探讨瑞芬太尼+异丙酚在无痛人流手术中的效果。方法:将100例孕妇随机分为两组,1组用异丙酚单独静脉给药,2组应用瑞芬太尼与异丙酚联合给药。观察两组孕妇的出血量和药物不良反应。结果:两组孕妇镇痛效果比较P>0.05,出血量及药物不良反应比较P<0.05。2组比1组效果好。结论:瑞芬太尼与异丙酚在无痛人流手术中的麻醉效果确切,呼吸抑制发生率低,出血量少,不良反应轻,是一种安全有效的麻醉方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in the painless operation of artificial abortion.Methods:100 pregnant women aged 20~35 years old were randomly divided into two groups.Propofol was used in two group intravenous-ly,besides this,the second group was added with remifentanil in same way.The vital signs and incidence rate of artificial abortion syn-drome in two groups were observed respecitvely.Results and Conclusion:Remifentanil combined with propofol in the painless operation of artificial abortion has definite anesthetic effect,with low incidence rate of respiratory suppression and high degree of consciousness,and is a safe and effective anesthesia.更多还原
