【摘要】 目的:了解消化内科住院患者实施健康教育的效果。方法:住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在住院时进行系统的健康教育,并与对照组患者在有关自身疾病认识、主动咨询以及对护理工作满意度方面进行比较。结果:实施系统健康教育的患者对疾病认知,自我护理能力及住院满意度较对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:对住院患者实施健康教育加强了医患沟通,增强了患者的健康意识和自我护理能力,提高了护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To know the result of adopting health education for the in-patients of digestive medical department.Methods: The in-patients were divided into two groups randomly,observation group and control group.The observation group receivedsystemic health education while staying in the hospital,and was compared to the control group on the self-awareness of illness,active consultation and satisfaction of nursing.Results:The patients adopted systemic health education were enhanced on cognization of disease,self-nursing ability and satisfaction in comparison with ones of control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Adopting health education for the in-patients strengthens the communication between doctor and patient,enhances the awareness of health and self-nursing ability of patients,and improves the quality of nursing.更多还原
