【Abstract】 The paper sets up a evaluation index system which consists of seventeen major indexes and gathers corresponding data.By means of principal components analysis,it performs the quantitative analysis and calculate the comprehensive scores.According to the scores,it evaluates the potential of regional economic development of every arias as well as points out the key factors which block the economic development.At the end,the paper puts forward countermeasures,which can be references for the decion-makers.更多还原
