【Abstract】 An analysis is made of the current state of professional career planning in institutions of higher education.In response to a number of problems existing in employment instruction and the set-up of curriculum of professional career planning in institutions of higher education,corresponding improvement strategies are put forward,which include the change of dim and fuzzy sense of professional planning,the establishment of perfect college student professional career administration organizations,whole-sided optimization and improvement of college students’ professional career planning curriculum as well as the perfection of college students’ employment practicum and social practice activities.更多还原
