【Abstract】 A complicated legal relationship exists between institutions of higher learning and students.From the perspective of the defining of the legal relationship of relevant law,a further analysis is made of all sorts of problems confronted by this relationship so that an approach is to be sought to solve conflicts,which consequently maintains the legal rights of both college students and institutions of higher learning for the construction of a legal,harmonious,just and fair administration mechanism within the institutions of higher learning and the facilitation of the smooth development of talent-fostering work.更多还原
