化学镀晶态钴磷合金的研究及应用现状
The Latest Development of Research and Application on Electroless Crystal Co-P Alloy
【摘要】 简述了化学镀晶态钴磷合金的沉积机理、组织结构及综合性能,详细介绍了该合金镀层在工业生产中的应用,并指出其目前存在的问题及今后的发展方向。
【Abstract】 The deposition mechanism,microstructure and comprehensive properties of eletroless crystal Co-P alloy are described,and its industrial application is introduced in detail.Furthermore,its existing problems and development trend are pointed out.
