钽、铌碳化物制备技术的研究进展
The Latest Development of Tantalum and Niobium Carbide Production
【摘要】 介绍了钽、铌碳化物的基本生产方法,并对其超细产品的制备新技术进行了具体分析,同时概述了钽、铌碳化物的生产能力及应用领域。
【Abstract】 The basic manufacturing techniques of tantalum and niobium carbides are introduced,and some new preparation technologies of their ultrafine products are analyzed in detail.Furthermore,their production capacity and application fields are summarized.
