【摘要】 目的调查中山地区变应性鼻炎患者常见变应原的分布状况。方法以本地区变应性鼻炎患者为研究对象,应用27种吸入性变应原和11种食入性变应原进行皮肤点刺试验,分析本地区常见变应原的分布特征。结果纳入调查的1274例变应性鼻炎患者中,1055例(82.81%)变应原测试呈现阳性反应。吸入性变应原以屋尘螨、粉尘螨阳性反应率较高,分别为69.39%和66.48%,其次是霉菌II和霉菌I,分别为40.67%和36.85%。食入性变应原中,小虾、蚌类阳性反应率较高,分别为43.33%和31.85%。结论中山地区变应性鼻炎最常见的吸入性变应原是尘螨、霉菌,最常见的食入性变应原是小虾、蚌类。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the distribution of common allergens responsible for cases with allergic rhinitis in Zhongshan district based on a survey among a group of cases with such a lesion.Methods The survey was carried out among the local cases with allergic rhinitis in Zhongshan district, determined by skin prick tests with 27 kinds of inhaling allergens and 11 kinds of ingestive ones.Then, an analysis was made to determine the distributive characteristics of allergens responsible for lesion attacking among allergic rhinitis cases.Results Among the surveyed local 1274 cases with allergic rhinitis, 1055(82.81%) were determined with positive skin reaction to some kinds of allergen, with higher positive rates of mite II(69.39%), mite I(66.48%), moulds II(40.67%), moulds I(36.85%) in inhaling group of allergens and shrimp(43.33%) and mussel(31.85%) in ingestive group of ones.Conclusions It should be true from this survey that the mostly responsible common allergens for attack of allergic rhinitis among local cases in Zhongshan district are mites, moulds in inhaling group of allergens and shrimp, mussel in ingestive group of ones.更多还原
