【摘要】 目的观察鼻内镜手术治疗接触性头痛的临床疗效,通过典型病例分析导致该病长期误诊的原因。方法对27例接触性头痛患者,采用高分辨率鼻窦CT及鼻内镜检查,应用鼻内镜微创手术对鼻腔解剖异常的部位进行矫正,解除接触点。结果27例患者手术后治愈24例,有效3例。结论通过鼻内镜手术治疗接触性头痛,可取得良好的临床效果,临床医师应提高对该病的认识,降低误诊率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of hapto-headache treated with nasal endoscopic surgery, and analyze the reasons which lead to long-term misdiagnosis through a few typical cases.Methods All 27 patients with hapto-headache were treated with the high resolution CT of accessory nasal sinuses and endoscopy of nose, and were operated of functional sinus surgery to rectify abnormal dissection of nasal cavity and remove the contact points.Results Of all 27 patients, there were 24 cases complete rehabilitation, and 3 cases take a turn for the better.Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgical management can make a significant impact , clinician shoud elevate the cognition of this disease, to depress the misdiognosis rate.更多还原
