大容量锰酸锂动力电池的研制
The Design and Manufacture of High Capacity Li-ion Power Battery with LiMn2O4 Cathode
【摘要】 用尖晶石型LiMn2O4材料做正极活性物质,石墨做负极材料,成功研制额定容量为20 Ah的4860110型锂离子动力电池.重点讨论了大容量动力型20 Ah锂离子电池的产品设计、质量监控、制造工艺过程和性能检测.特别是研究了电池的功率特性及储存性能.试验表明,大容量4860110型电池1.5 C倍率的放电比功率达140 W/kg,比能量达91.5Wh/kg,以0.3 C(6 A)循环180次后容量保持率约为91.6%.
【Abstract】 4860110 size Li-ion power battery with 20 Ah nominal capacity was designed and fabricated with spinel LiMn2O4 cathode and graphite anode.This paper focused on the design,manufacture,performance testing and quality control of high power Li-ion batteries,especially emphasized on power property and storage characteristics of the battery.The results showed that the specific power of 4860110 battery at a rate of 1.5 C is 140 W/kg,specific energy is 91.5 Wh/kg,0.3 C(6 A) discharge capacity retains about 91.6% after 180 cycles.
