【摘要】 目的研究被动吸烟对小鼠体质量的影响。方法将56只小鼠随机分为实验组和对照组(每组28只),实验组小鼠被动吸烟,对照组不吸烟。分别测量小鼠被动吸烟前、被动吸烟后10 d、17 d、24 d和31 d体质量。结果被动吸烟17 d和24 d小鼠平均体质量低于对照组(P<0.05),而10 d和31 d差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);被动吸烟后10 d、17 d和24 d 2组小鼠体质量变化比较有统计学意义(P<0.001),31 d时体质量变化差异减小(P<0.05)。结论被动吸烟可使快速生长期小鼠生长缓慢。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of passive smoking on weight in mice.Methods Fifty-six mice were divided randomly into passive smoking group(n=28) and control group(no smoking)(n=28).Every mouse was weighed on the day before passive smoking and on the 10th,17th,24th and 31st day after passive smoking.Results The average weight of the passive smoking group on the 17th and 24th day was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),but on the 10th and 31st day,there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).The average weight gain in passive-smoking group was obviously lower(P<0.001) than that in control group on the 10th,17th and 24th day,but the difference became small at the 31st day(P<0.05).Conclusion Passive-smoking can slow mice′s growth during the fast growth period.更多还原
