【摘要】 目的比较交叉克氏针与微型钢板内固定治疗掌骨骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析60例掌骨骨折患者临床资料,其中交叉克氏针固定组28例(35处),微型钢板固定组32例(41处),根据TAFS评分标准评估2组患者术后功能恢复及感染等情况,并进行比较。结果交叉克氏针固定组优10例,良12例,差6例,优良率78.5%;微型钢板固定组优19例,良8例,差5例,优良率84.3%,2组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者均未出现骨折延迟愈合或不愈合,且2组间伤口感染率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论交叉克氏针和微型钢板在掌骨骨折的治疗中均具有较好的疗效,由于微型钢板的费用较高,对于2种固定方法均可应用的患者,应优先采用交叉克氏针固定。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo compare the clinical effect of the treatment of metacarpal fractures with chiasmal Kirschner wires and mini-plate.MethodsClinical data of sixty patients with metacarpal fractures were analyzed retrospectively.There were twenty-eight patients treated with intersect Kirschner wires,and thirty-two patients treated with mini-plates.The functional rehabilitation after operation were evaluated by the standard of TAFS,and the condition of infection were observed between two groups.ResultsIn kirschner wires group,ten cases were excellent,twelve cases were good and six cases were poor,the good rate was 78.5%.In mini-plate group,nineteen cases were excellent,eight cases were good and five cases were poor,the good rate was 84.3%.There was no statistically significant between two groups(P>0.05).There was no case with fracture delayed union or disunion.There was no statistically significant in the rate of wound infection between two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionChiasmal kirschner wires and mini-plates fixation all have good effect in treating metacarpal fractures.Due to the high cost of mini-plates,when the two methods can be used,internal fixation with Kirschner wire should be used preferentially.更多还原
