【摘要】 目的探讨免疫球蛋白E(IgE)和白介素8(IL-8)在支气管哮喘发病机制中的作用以及在诊疗中的意义。方法选择25例支气管哮喘急性发作患者为哮喘组,另选正常健康体检者16例为对照组。采集所有研究对象血清和支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF),使用多抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附方法检测2组血清IgE和BALF中IL-8含量,比较2组血清IgE和BALF中IL-8含量,并进行相关性分析。结果哮喘组血清IgE水平和BALF中IL-8水平均较对照组明显增高(P<0.01);哮喘组血清IgE和BALF中IL-8水平之间呈显著正相关(r=0.73,P<0.01)。对照组血清IgE和BALF中IL-8水平之间无明显相关性(r=0.26,P>0.05)。结论IL-8和IgE可能参与了哮喘的发病过程,测定二者的水平,对临床诊断支气管哮喘有一定的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the effects of Serum immune globulin E(IgE) and interleukin-8(IL-8) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of bronchial asthma patients in pathogenesis and diagnosis.MethodsTwenty five cases of bronchial asthma acute episode patients(asthma group) and sixteen cases of normal healthy people(control group) were chosed.Serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) of them were collected.IgE and IL-8 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The levels of IgE and IL-8 in two groups were compared and relativity of IL-8 in BALF and the IgE in serum was analyzed.ResultsSerum immune globulin E and interleukin-8 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in asthma group was higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Serum IgE had positive correlation with interleukin-8 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in asthma group(r=0.73,P<0.01).Serum IgE had no relationship with interleukin-8 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in control group(r=0.26,P>0.05).ConclusionIL-8 and IgE may take part in the pathogenesy of asthma.It is value to detect them in diagnosis of bronchial asthma.更多还原
