【Abstract】 OSCC(oral squamous cell carcinoma)is one of the commonest hunman malignant tumours.Based on protein interaction sub-networks defined in function-specific subspaces by using Gene Ontology,we suggest an approach to find the finer functions of OSCC-associated proteins.The proposed approach is able to precisely find finer functions for these OSCC-associated proteins.The predicted finer functions are highly valuable for guiding the follow-up wet-lab research on the molecular mechanism of OSCC.更多还原
