并行工程在节能竞技摩托车研制中的应用
Application of Concurrent Engineering in Econopower Racing Motorcycle Development
【摘要】 阐述了并行工程的概念。论述了并行工程模式和串行工程模式的差异。分析了并行工程的特点、实施过程以及主要影响因素。讨论了应用并行工程进行研制的可行性。结合节能竞技摩托车的开发工作,应用并行工程制订了研制规划,并在研制的各环节中得到了具体的应用。实践证明,实施并行工程可以降低研制成本,提高赛车质量,缩短研制的时间。
【Abstract】 The definition of Concurrent Engineering is described. The different mode of Concurrent Engineering and traditional Serial Engineering is analyzed. The characteristic and applying process of Concurrent Engineering is discussed, and the main factors are analyzed. With the ideas of Concurrent Engineering, the feasibility of developing the racing motorcycle is discussed. Based on the need of econopower racing motorcycle development, a process planning for development is worked out by applying Concurrent Engineering. On the other hand, the theory of Concurrent Engineering is actually practiced in designing process. The practice proves that application of Concurrent Engineering can reduce cost, improve quality and shorten time of development.
