【摘要】 介绍甲醇的物化特性、燃烧特性,讨论柴油机燃用甲醇的技术措施。通过在甲醇中添加着火改进剂、防腐剂和抗磨剂的方法,在柴油机上进行燃用甲醇燃料和柴油的性能对比试验研究。证明所采取的措施能够改变甲醇的物化特性,改善着火和润滑性能,实现甲醇在柴油机中的直接燃烧,动力性、燃油经济性、排放指标和可靠性满足使用要求。

【Abstract】 The physicochemical characteristics,burning features of methanol are briefly introduced,and the technical measures of burning methanol in diesel engine are discussed.Through adding ignition improver,preservative and antiwear additive to the methanol,the contrast tests research of the performance between the diesel engine burning methanol and diesel fuel were made.It’s concluded that with the technical measures,the physicochemical characteristics of methanol can be changed.Its ignition and lubrication performance can be improved.Methanol combusting directly on diesel engine was realized,and the power performance,fuel economy,emission index and reliability of the engine can meet the requirements for using.
