基于模糊自适应PID算法的循环流化床锅炉床温控制
【摘要】 循环流化床锅炉的床温是一个非线性、时变、多变量耦合的对象,很难建立起精确的数学模型,采用常规控制策略效果不理想。文章采用模糊自适应整定PID智能复合控制算法来实现对循环流化床锅炉燃烧系统的控制。通过仿真结果表明,模糊自适应整定PID控制对床温控制的快速性、稳定性、适应性、鲁棒性及抗扰能力均比常规的PID控制要好很多。
【Abstract】 It is difficult to establish a precise mathematical model of bed temperature for circulating fluidized bed boiler because it’s a non-linear,time-varying,multi-variable coupled object.So it is not ideal to use conventional control strategy.This paper control the circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion system by using the fuzzy self-adaptive PID.The simulation results show that the fuzzy self-adaptive PID control is better than the conventional PID control,because it is fast,stability,adaptability,robustness and anti-interference ability.
