孤独症儿康复过程中家长的心理状况分析

【摘要】 目的:调查康复训练过程中孤独症儿童家长的心理健康状况。方法:对采用症状自评量表进行最近一周内的心理健康状况评定的52例孤独症患儿(接受在康复训练3个月以上)的父母或同其共同生活的其他监护人的心理健康状况调查表进行回顾性分析。结果:孤独症儿童家长的症状自评量表的评分显著高于全国常模组(P<0.05,P<0.01);孤独症儿童母亲的症状自评量表评分显著高于父亲组(P<0.05,P<0.01);孤独症患儿家长其文化程度高低不同,表现在症状自评量表评分上存在差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:在对孤独症患儿康复训练的同时,随时关注其家长的心理健康状况,尤其对母性家长及文化程度低的家长更要采用适当的方法进行疏导,提高其对治疗的信心,使之积极参与到孤独症患儿的康复训练中,更有效地促进孤独症患儿的康复。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the mental health status of the guardians of children with autism undertaking rehabilitation training.Methods:Investigating lists of the symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)used by parents or other synchronously living guardians of 52 children with autism(undertaking rehabilitation training more than 3 months)were reviewed analysis.SCL-90 was used to investigate the mental health status of them within 1 week.Results:The scores of SCL-90 in the guardians of children with autism were significantly higher than the national norm(P < 0.05,P < 0.01);and those in the guardians in diferent genders were also significantly difierent(P< 0.05,P< 0.01),femal higher than male;the scores of SCL-90 were significantly diferent in the guardians due to their diferent educational leve1(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Conclusion:During rehabilitation training to children with autism,we should Concern the mental health status of their guardians,especially adopting appropriate appease way to female guardians and those in the low educational leve1 to improve their reatment confidence and make them participate in children with autism rehabilitation training.
