应用拓扑优化方法的发动机罩板结构轻量化研究
Research on light weight structure of engine hood based on topology optimization
【摘要】 以某型车的发动机罩板作为研究对象,以拓扑优化方法作为指导,设计三种不同方案对罩板结构进行拓扑优化,并通过有限元模拟计算进行力学性能分析,比较并评价三种方案,总结并得出最优罩板结构优化方案,减轻罩板重量,改善罩板的实际力学性能,对于其他汽车部件结构轻量化设计具有较大的指导和借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 In order to reduce the weight of engine hood,topology theory was used to optimize its structure.Three schemes were proposed to realize the structure optimization;the results of optimization were analyzed and evaluated by the Finite Element Methods(FEM).Finally,one most optimized structure was adopted,which helped to reduce the weight and improved the mechanical performance of the hood.The approach and result of the research is very helpful for the other lightweight optimization design.
