采用PIC单片机的墨斗电动机控制系统的设计

【摘要】 为提高胶印机的效率和生产质量,开发胶印机核心着色装置数字化墨斗控制系统,根据电动机控制板的组成和功能要求,设计了电动机控制板的硬件和软件。控制系统以PIC18F8680单片机为核心,CAN总线电路、电动机驱动电路以及电位器反馈电路协调工作,实现对墨斗中墨键的实时控制。实际应用表明,通过CAN总线方式与其他系统进行通讯,并可实时显示墨键位置,系统运行良好。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the efficiency and quality of offset,control system for ink console was developed,the structure and function of control system for ink console were introduced,and the designs of hardware and software were given.PIC microcontroller was the key part of control system,which cooperated with CAN-bus circuits,motor drive and potentiometers feedback circuits to achieve the control and display of ink in time.The practice results show that the control system works well,and it could respond to the information of key-press in time,and communicate with other systems by CAN-bus normally.
