生产控制与工艺规划集成条件下的切削用量优化
Cutting parameters optimization on production operation controlling and process planning integrated system
【摘要】 传统工艺规划中的切削用量优化方法已经不适应柔性制造系统(FMS)模式下的动态生产管理,柔性制造模式需要工艺规划和生产作业规划有效地集成,以便于根据生产作业控制的实时动态变化信息进行加工参数的修正。提出一种利用切削能力E和材料切除率Z作为决策变量进行切削用量优化的新方法,该方法既可满足工艺规划方面的工艺条件要求,又可满足生产作业控制方面的动态管理要求。
【Abstract】 The methods of cutting parameter optimization in traditional process planning are not suitable for dynamic production operations management in FMS mode.FMS mode need efficient integration of process planning and production scheduling,therefore process parameters can be modified according to real-time changes of the production scheduling.A new method that takes cutting efficiency coefficient E and material remove ratio Z as decision-making variables to optimize cutting parameters is presented.This method can meet the needs of both technical conditions for process planning and dynamic management for production control.
