利用FLUENT研究DF系统的负压装置
Investigations on DF system of the suction device using the code FLUENT
【摘要】 采用通用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对DF系统中的负压装置进行力学仿真,实验仿真结果与理论相吻合,证明负压装置可以提高排屑能力理论的正确性,并且更进一步认识负压装置内流体运动的力学特性。
【Abstract】 The DF system of the suction device is simulated using general purpose computational fluid dynamics code FLUENT.The simulation results demonstrate that the simulation results are accordant with the theoretical results and the suction device can improve the ability of ejecting chip further.After that,they also indicate the further understanding of the flow of suction device,which are the mechanical properties.
