基于RT-Linux的多轴联动电火花加工数控系统
Development of a CNC system for multi-axis EDM based on RT-Linux
【摘要】 基于RT-Linux平台开发一种新型的多轴联动电火花加工数控系统(EDMCNC)。系统采用双核结构来分开独立处理实时与非实时任务。整个系统分为三个部分:内核模块、驱动模块和用户模块。内核模块实现整个软件系统的控制功能和外部数控设备的运动控制功能;驱动模块驱动外部设备进行运动;用户模块为用户操作并管理外部设备提供交互界面。通过带冠整体式涡轮盘的加工实验验证,该系统实时性强、稳定并可靠。
【Abstract】 Presents a new kind of multi-axis Electro-Discharge Machining(EDM)Computer Numerical Control(CNC) system which is based on RT-Linux platform.Dual-kernel structure of EDM CNC system is proposed to realize real-time task and time-sharing task separately.The whole system consists of real-time control module,drive module,CNC user module.The real-time control module implements real-time control to the EDM CNC machine.Drive module implements driving of EDM special hardwares.CNC user module is user manage procedure.Processing of rimed turbine blisk is experimentalized to validate the performance of the system.The process and the results imply that the system is real-time,stable and reliable.
