金属粉末压制过程侧压应力直接测试系统的研究
Investigation on side pressure’s test mode of metal powder during compaction
【摘要】 研制了一种直接、连续和动态地测试粉末压制过程中力的变化的测试系统,能同时采集、记录和显示粉末压制过程中正压力、下冲作用力和侧压力的数据,并能较准确地捕捉力的变化,为更准确地分析金属粉末致密化机理研究提供参考数据。
【Abstract】 Analyze some side pressure’s test mode at home and abroad,pointing out some problems of the test mode.A test system to measure the changes of various forces directly,continuously and dynamically during press process is developed,and it can collect,register and demonstrate the data of the upper compacting pressure,bottom force and side pressure simultaneously.The primary study shows that the side pressure has a hyperbolic characteristic with the die’s height changing.With the increase of distance between test point and punch,the side pressure increases and reaches extremum.When the distance ulteriorly increases,the side pressure decreases gradually.
