【摘要】 目的:观察替米沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法:方法:102例CHF患者被分为观察组(52例)和对照组(50例),对照组予以洋地黄、血管扩张剂、利尿剂等综合治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合使用替米沙坦和美托洛尔,两组疗程均为4个月。观察治疗前后血压、心率、6min步行距离,以及超声心动图测定心功能指标的变化。结果:观察组血压及心率下降程度、6min步行试验距离增加程度、左心室内径缩短程度、左室射血分数增加程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05～<0.01)。结论:替米沙坦联合美托洛尔能够更好地逆转左心室肥厚及增加左室射血分数,改善心功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of telmisartan combined with metoprolol on congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods:A total of 102 patients with CHF were randomly divided into observation group(n=52)and control group(n=50).The treating course of two groups all was 4 months.The clinical therapeutic efficacy (BP,HR)and left ventricular internal diameter(LVD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6 min walk test and adverse reactions were analyzed.Results:The clinical therapeutic efficacy(BP,HR),LVD,LVEF and 6 min walk test after treatment in observation group were more ameliorated than those of CHF control group(P<0.05～<0.01).Conclusion:Telmisartan combined with metoprolol could reverse left ventricular hypertrophy,increase LVEF and improve heart function.更多还原
