瞬时外向钾电流与心脏疾病
Role in Transient Outward Potassium Currents in Development in Heart Diseases
【摘要】 瞬时外向钾电流是存在于心肌细胞膜上的一种钾离子电流,在去极化过程中迅速激活和失活,主要参与了动作电位的Ⅰ期复极,从而影响动作电位形态。瞬时外向钾电流在不同种属、同一种属动物不同部位中的分布存在着差异,因而产生了瞬时外向钾电流的异质性,这种异质性与维持心脏正常电信号传导及心脏疾病的发生都有很大关系。在心肌梗死、心房颤动及心力衰竭等疾病都存在着动作电位时程的延长,这部分是由瞬时外向钾电流下调引起的,因此充分理解瞬时外向钾电流在疾病中的变化,对于治疗心脏疾病具有很重要的意义。
【Abstract】 As an important transmembrane potassium current,transient outward potassium currents(I_to) with rapidly activation and inactivation,take apart in the phase I repolarization of action potential,and affect the shape of action potential.The distribution of I_to significantly differs between the animals and heart regions,which usually named as heterogeneity.The heterogeneous distribution of I_to in hearts is involved in the cardiac electrical conduction and the occurrence of heart diseases.The reduction of I_to is associated with prolonged APD in myocardial infarction,atrial fibrillation and heart failure,other heart diseases.To explore the role of I_to in heart diseases will provide new therapeutic strategy for these cardiac diseases.
