【Abstract】 Cardiac resynchronization therapy for the treatment of refractory heart failure has been confirmed by evidence-based medicine to improve the patient’s quality of life,and to reduce both the heart failure readmission rate and the mortality rate.However,there are still some patients with poor efficacy.In these cases,the position of the left ventricular electrode in cardiac resynchronization therapy has a significant impact on efficacy.In this article we review the factors which affect the left ventricular electrode placement and disputes surrounding the placement.更多还原
