中药植物鹅不食草杀螺效果

【摘要】 目的了解中药植物鹅不食草的杀螺效果,为研制高效低毒植物杀螺剂提供依据。方法在室温下,按WHO"杀螺剂实验室终筛方法",用不同浓度的鹅不食草水提取物、醇提取物以及全草水溶液浸杀钉螺,观察其杀螺效果。设去氯清水作为对照。结果3种溶液杀螺效果顺序依次为:水提取物>醇提取物>全草水溶液;2.00g/L水提取物和醇提取物以及8.00g/L全草水溶液浸泡钉螺5d,钉螺死亡率均达100%。3种溶液浸杀钉螺4d后,其半数致死浓度分别为0.502、0.620、2.989g/L;浓度为1.00g/L时,3种溶液的半数致死时间分别为2.645、3.123、5.885d。结论鹅不食草具有较强的杀螺效果,其水提取物杀螺效果最好。

【Abstract】 According to the WHO guidelines for laboratory molluscicidal test,the aqueous and ethanol extract and the whole grass solution of Centipeda minima were used to kill Oncomelania hupensis,and the dechlorided water was set as the control. The results showed that when the concentration of the aqueous and ethanol extract and the whole grass solution were 2.00,2.00 g/L and 8.00 g/L,respectively,the mortality rates of snails reached to 100% after being treated for 5 days. The aqueous extract showed the strongest molluscicidal effect. When the snails were treated for 4 days,the LC50 and LT50 values of the 3 kinds of solutions were 0.502,0.620,2.989 g/L and 2.645,3.123,5.885 d,respectively. It is concluded that the Chinese herb Centipeda minima has certain molluscicidal effect and the aqueous extract is the best.
