【摘要】 目的掌握水网地区达到血吸虫病传播阻断标准后螺情动态变化规律,为控制钉螺提供依据。方法采用以村为单位轮流普查、重点环境抽查、联防互查、设监测点打捞漂浮物、监测点诱螺和对来自流行省(市)的船只自制细网兜捞刮等方法查螺。结果在5个县(市、区)8个乡(镇)38个村查到292个有螺条块、6701框钉螺,面积53.5hm2。钉螺最高密度104只/0.1m2,捕捉并解剖钉螺66073只,未发现血吸虫感染。602个监测点打涝漂浮物431t,设诱螺草垫37384块,调查外来船只17998只,均未查到钉螺。结论嘉兴市存在残存钉螺,但血吸虫病疫情稳定。今后螺情监测的重点是20年内曾有钉螺的周围环境及灌溉水系的下游环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 The snail status in Jiaxing City was investigated by several methods such as survey by turn at village level,key environment inspection,joint prevention and inter-checking,floater fishing and snail induction,checking boats from endemic areas and so on. The results showed that though there were residual snails,the endemic situation of schistosomiasis in Jiaxing City was stable. And the emphasis of snail surveillance in the future should be put on the surrounding environment with snails for 20 years and the downstream areas of irrigation water systems.更多还原
