植物他感作用对日本血吸虫毛蚴趋向性观察

【摘要】 目的研究洲滩草本植物的他感作用对日本血吸虫毛蚴趋向性的影响。方法采用改良Roberts比较法检测植物对日本血吸虫毛蚴趋向性的排斥或吸引作用。结果10%茅草根、野胡萝卜草茎、猫眼草叶和根、地菜叶、苔草茎等洲滩草本植物的浸出液能够非常显著地排斥日本血吸虫毛蚴的趋向运动,而小蓟、问荆浸出液作用则相反。结论植物的他感作用能够影响毛蚴的趋向性。

【Abstract】 To investigate the role of plant allelopathy in chemotaxis of Schistosoma japonicum miracidia,the leaves,stems and roots of 7 herbs were collected,each weighing 10 g,and then were formulated into 10% solutions. The improved Roberts method (1978) was used for the experiment. The results showed 10% solutions of Imperata cylindrica root,Daucus carota stem,Enphorbia lunulata leaf and root,Capsella bursa-pastoris leaf and Carex argyi stem inhibited the chemotaxis of miracidia of Schistosoma japonicum,but the solutions of Herba cephalanoploris and Equisetum arvense attracted the miracidia strongly. It is concluded that the allelopathy of plant can influence the chemotaxis of miracidia of Schistosoma japonicum.
